Agree, learning to see differently is a serious challenge. And 100% worth it. Subsequently any given artist's range is expanded, even if just small bits of the new thinking are assimilated into a larger style. Great post! And as usual, excellent imagery too.
These are great! I love the use of light and black to abstract and direct the eye! (Quickly absorbed images ... high glycemic images? 😊). I keep being pulled between the reward of an easy-to-understand image and the attention pull of one with more complexity. The first one and the one of the woman with the bag achieve both, I think.
